Arseh Sevom — We know. We don’t usually talk about how delicious Iran’s frozen treats are here at Arseh Sevom. But today, we are making an exception.We’re taking a break from sanctions, human rights violations, and environmental disaster to celebrate Iranian ingenuity.
This wonderful little video from BBC Travel explores the ancient Persian roots of today’s ice cream. In it we see how the frozen noodle dessert faloudeh is made today and explore how it would have been made a couple of thousand years ago.
